Ice Cave will be the first shop serving up authentic Taiwanese shaved ice in St. Louise, Missouri. The fun and bright interior will attract young hipsters and college kids looking for good food and a place to hang out. However, there is no doubt that the delicious dessert will appeal to people of all ages.

 

The first shop will be located in the neighborhood of Central West End, near several colleges including the Washington University and St. Louis University. Our primary thought is derived from an enthusiasm to introduce a different treat to everyone.

 

All shaved ice ingredients are made from scratch. We mainly use seasonal fruits which you can buy off a grocery store shelf to combine with handmade ice cream. Shaved ice is ice cube that is finely shaved through a customized machine. Much smoother and made with real fruit, it brings you a silky mouthfeel. The most important is our products are Trans-Fat Free and no preservative.
