Coffee at Ice Cave

Ice Cave serves Taiwanese-style coffee drinks at 3 N. Euclid Ave in the Central West End of St. Louis. Every drink is made to order with our own recipes, from sea salt coffee to ube coffee latte, and most come hot or iced. Order in the shop or online for pickup, and pair your coffee with a bowl of Taiwanese shaved ice.

Sea Salt Coffee

Coffee topped with a layer of lightly salted cream, the way it's served in Taiwan. Sip it without stirring so you get the salty cream and the coffee together. Hot or iced.

Ube Coffee Latte

Sweet purple yam (ube) and two fresh shots of espresso, finished with your choice of milk. Bright purple, smooth and strong.

Brown Sugar Coffee Latte

Our house-made brown sugar syrup with coffee and your choice of milk. Rich and caramel-sweet.
